Comments: I would like to express my appreciation to staff at the Hire-It Doncaster branch for their professionalism during a recent trailer hire transaction I undertook on 7/9/2011. From making a telephone enquiry with a staff member, to picking up and dropping off the trailer, I was impressed with the quality of service provided by your company, and I certainly don't write letters of appreciation unless my expectations have been far exceeded. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was friendly and very willing to help. Your hire charges were competitive. When I picked up the trailer, it was attached to my car and ready to go by the time I had read and signed the hire contract. What particularly impressed me was that the staff member who took my payment also came out to ensure that all lights and indicators were working properly, of his own free will, with none of the usual "she'll be right" or "that's not very important" attitudes experienced elsewhere. Having been a professional heavy vehicle driver for several years, I attach importance to ensuring the roadworthiness of equipment before it's sent out on the road. Additionally the trailer you supplied me with had current registration, and a VALID and CURRENT registration label which many people do not realise is a legal requirement. Upon returning the trailer it was promptly inspected and removed from my vehicle's towbar, my deposit refunded, and I was happily on my way. This was a job well done guys, I will not hesitate in recommending Hire-It Doncaster based on this experience, and thought you should know that good work doesn't go unnoticed. I am writing this letter to thank you for the assistance given to me and my husband over the past few months.

We decided to renovate an old house we have been renting out in Boronia to prepare for sale. We visited your hire company in Bayswater on the first occasion to hire a chipper and chain saw to clear the jungle in the back yard. The young fellow that served us was friendly and professional and offered us good advice on their use. We used your company for all the equipment we needed and found all the other staff there were just as friendly and helpful as the first guy.

We also hired a mini backhoe which we damaged running over a star picket. When we rang for assistance we were treated courteously and efficiently and your service truck came to site to help us get going again. It isn't often these days that you receive a high level of service such as we have received, and everything we hired from you worked well. I have and I will continue to recommend you to my friends.
