Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to thank you for the assistance given to me and my husband over the past few months.
We decided to renovate an old house we have been renting out in Boronia to prepare for sale. We visited your hire company in Bayswater on the first occasion to hire a chipper and chain saw to clear the jungle in the back yard. The young fellow that served us was friendly and professional and offered us good advice on their use. We used your company for all the equipment we needed and found all the other staff there were just as friendly and helpful as the first guy.
We also hired a mini backhoe which we damaged running over a star picket. When we rang for assistance we were treated courteously and efficiently and your service truck came to site to help us get going again.
